Can I return an order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, as long as the vial is unopened and the safety seal is intact.

Why can't an opened vial be returned?

Peptide vials are sealed for hygiene reasons. Once the seal is broken sterility can no longer be guaranteed, so the law exempts such goods from the withdrawal right.

Who pays return postage?

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer covers the cost of sending the parcel back. For a damaged shipment or a COA mismatch, we cover it.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel or proof that it was sent, by the same means used for payment.
